Your journey, our commitment — clear policies for a seamless experience

Booking, Reservation & Payment

After receiving your booking details and confirming your selected tour package, we will proceed with the reservation process. A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking, payable at least 30 days prior to your arrival in Sri Lanka. Your booking confirmation will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the payment. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon arrival in Sri Lanka, prior to the commencement of your tour.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to travel to Sri Lanka, a refund equivalent to 30% of the deposit paid will be provided. This policy applies to confirmed bookings and is intended to cover administrative and reservation costs incurred during the booking process.

Itinerary Changes

Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road situations, or other operational requirements. In such cases, we will promptly inform you of any changes and ensure alternative arrangements are made to provide the best possible travel experience.

Responsibility & Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable tour, the company is not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Health & Safety

Guests must comply with local laws and safety guidelines during the tour to ensure a safe travel experience for everyone.

Force Majeure

The company is not liable for tour disruptions caused by natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Accommodation & Hotel Facilities

Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. In the event that any of the listed hotels are unavailable, a similar alternative hotel of the same or higher category will be provided. We guarantee that no accommodation below the stated standard will be offered.

Note: For Royal packages, massage, spa, and Ayurvedic experiences will be provided within the comfort of your hotel.
Important Information
  • Half-Board (HB) includes Dinner & Breakfast — only applicable for Royal package based on the above structure.
  • For Explorer, Classic, Signature, Prestige packages, meals and additional amenities are not included; however, you can request add-ons at extra cost.
  • Beverages for Royal package: 2 cocktails per person per day (house selection).
  • Massage & wellness in Royal package features in-hotel Ayurvedic and spa experiences.
